Street Closures for 2009 Capitol City Celebration

A number of downtown street closures will occur in anticipation of the Capitol City Celebration this weekend.
The following streets will be closed to traffic on Friday, July 3, at 9:00 a.m.:
• Fifth Street from Jefferson to Jackson
• Washington, Adams, Monroe and Capitol from Fourth to Sixth Streets
In addition, the following streets will be closed to traffic on Friday, July 3, by 5:00 p.m.:
• Washington, Adams and Monroe from Fourth to Seventh;
• Sixth from Jefferson to Capitol
• Fourth from Capitol to Monroe
• Adams from Third to Fourth (Farmers Market)
Additionally the above listed streets, the following streets will be closed on Saturday, July 4:
• Capitol and Jackson from Second to Fourth
• Second from Jackson to Monroe
